These terms apply to purchases made through this website, operated as “Triad Studio” by AlbaSolutions SH.P.K. (Company No. 812458538), registered in the Republic of Kosovo. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Our boxes

We sell curated clothing boxes in three sizes – Small, Medium and Large – each at a fixed price shown on the website in Euros (€). Each box contains the number of items shown on its product page, chosen by us from the collection displayed for that box, and carries a guaranteed minimum retail value shown on the product page. You choose the box; we choose which pieces you receive. You will not be able to choose specific items.

2. Placing an order

You must be 18 or over to order. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it, and a contract is formed, when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address, in which case we will refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for the boxes in your basket; delivery is included. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, including estimated delivery times for the UK and international orders.

5. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel, how to return items, and how refunds work are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

7. Your information

How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order are the ones that apply to that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. If you live elsewhere, this does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
