This policy explains how and when your Triad Studio order is delivered, including international orders. Triad Studio is operated by AlbaSolutions SH.P.K. (Company No. 812458538), registered in the Republic of Kosovo.

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and internationally, wherever our carriers can deliver. If we are unable to deliver to your country we will tell you and refund your order in full.

Every box is put together for you so we pack to order. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your order (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive an email when your order is on its way, with tracking details where the carrier provides them.

These are estimates, counted in working days from the day we dispatch your order:

Delivery times can be affected by carriers, customs clearance, public holidays and weather. If your order has not arrived once the longest estimate for your region has passed, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Delivery is included in the price of your box. There are no additional delivery charges at checkout.

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, your country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are set by the authorities in your country, are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the price you pay us.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can only change an address before your order is dispatched, so contact us as soon as possible if you need to. If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or incomplete, get in touch and we will help arrange re-delivery; additional postage may apply.

If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing items, or has not arrived, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and, where relevant, photos. We will put it right – see our Refund Policy.

Questions
